RETURN (EXCHANGE) OF GOODS OF APPROPRIATE QUALITY
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it in accordance with Article 9 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided that:

  • Preservation of the product's appearance, without traces of use and operation;
  • The integrity of the original packaging with the preservation of all labels and tags;
  • Availability of documents confirming the purchase of goods (waybill, check).

RETURN (EXCHANGE) OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

If manufacturing defects (defects) of the product were discovered during the warranty period, you can return it in accordance with Article 9 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" during the warranty period, provided that:

  • Availability of documents confirming the purchase of goods (waybill, check).

RETURN (EXCHANGE) PROCEDURE OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

  1. Please ensure that the item you are returning is eligible for a return/exchange.
  2. Call us at +38 (096) 417-45-45 or +38 (073) 417-45-45 and apply for the return of the goods.
  3. Send the goods to the sender's address. The address is indicated in the waybill, which was issued to you when you received the goods.
  4. The refund or exchange of goods is carried out within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods

  1. Please ensure that the item you are returning is eligible for a return/exchange.

  3. Send the goods to the sender's address. The address is indicated in the waybill, which was issued to you when you received the goods.
  4. Refund or exchange of goods is carried out within 7 working days from the moment of receiving the goods.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

The return and exchange of good quality goods is at the expense of the buyer and the "Nova Poshta" carrier.
The return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality is carried out at the expense of the seller (store) and the carrier "Nova poshta".
