You can place an order online: on the website or by e-mail (at any time of the day convenient for you) 24/7, or order the product by phone (from 09.00 to 18.00).
After you place the order, its processing will begin.
Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. are processed the same day, orders placed after 6:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. The order processing time is from 10 minutes to 2 hours
- The minimum order is UAH 400.
- Delivery of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine (except the occupied territories)
- The cost of delivery depends on the weight and size of the package.
- Shipping is paid by the buyer.
- The delivery of the order is carried out within 1-3 (except for weekends and holidays) days after placing the order by cash on delivery or after receiving the money on the current account.
In our online store, there is a selection of carriers where customers can choose a transport company.
We work with such carriers as: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery.
New mail:
- New mail - to the branch. (You can order delivery to the branch closest to you)

- New mail - address delivery (You can order address delivery to the address you specified)
transportation cost - from 150 UAH.r. The delivery time is 1-3 days.
- New mail - delivery to a post office (You can order delivery to a post office that is convenient for you) Pay attention when choosing a post office, you need to understand the overall dimensions of the ordered product

- When choosing a Delivery carrier, you need to make sure whether there is a carrier branch in your place, the cost of transportation is according to the carrier's tariffs. Delivery time is 1-5 days

Ukrposhta:
When choosing a Ukrposhta carrier, the client needs to understand the term of product delivery. The term can vary from 3 to 5 days.
- Express Department of UP - (Delivery takes place to the branch of Ukrposhta as soon as possible, it can take 1-3 days)

- Express address UP - (Delivery takes place to the customer's address as soon as possible, it may take 1-3 days)
transportation cost - from 120 UAH.
- Standard of the UP Branch - (Delivery takes place to the Ukrposhta branch, it may take 3-5 days. Please note that in remote settlements, the delivery time may take up to 10 days)
transportation cost - from 35 UAH.
- Standard address UP - (Delivery is made to the customer's address as soon as possible, it may take 3-5 days)
transportation cost - from 65 UAH.

Pickup:
Self-collection from the store - (Self-collection of goods is carried out from our warehouses in the city of Kyiv upon agreement with you at the following addresses: Kyiv, Bereznyakivska street, 28 or Kyiv city, Dniprovska naberezhna street, 15D)
The procedure for receiving the goods is as follows:
1) You place an order, and you agree on the pick-up time. After we move the goods between warehouses, we will inform you when your order will be received.
2) Pick up the goods at the following addresses: m. Kyiv, st. Bereznyakivska, 28 or Kyiv street Dniprovska naberezhna, 15D
Address delivery in Kyiv:
Free delivery is available in Kyiv by our transport under the following conditions:
- Orders for the amount of UAH 5000 or more in the city of Kyiv, except for oversized cargo (Oversized cargo includes: Garbage containers 1,100 liters, toilet cubicles, Containers from 1,000 liters)
- Paid delivery by courier in Kyiv is UAH 500.
When receiving the product, please check its completeness and appearance. Claims regarding the correctness of the order's configuration and the product's appearance are accepted only in the presence of the carrier's courier.
Payment
We work with both individuals and legal entities.
The goods are paid for by non-cash settlement. When receiving the goods from the warehouse, the representative of the legal entity must have the original power of attorney and the seal of the company with him after paying the bill by non-cash payment. If the payment is made by cash settlement, the shipment of the goods is made after settlement.
Possible payment methods:
- Payment to a current account (You can pay to our current account) the commission is charged by the bank according to your bank's tariffs.
- Bank card (LiqPay) (You can pay with a bank card on our website when placing an order on the LigPay service) the commission is charged by the bank according to your bank's tariffs.
- Non-cash payment (you can pay the order on the issued invoice) for this you need to wait for the order to be processed and receive the invoice to your e-mail, viber, telegram
- Online payment with monopay (You can pay with a bank card on our website when placing an order) When paying for an order through Monobank, no bank commission is charged
- Payment upon delivery (You can pay for the order at the time of receipt of the goods in the warehouse of the carrier or the courier upon delivery) It is worth noting that when paying the cash on delivery, you need to take into account (a commission of UAH 20 + 2% of the cost of the transfer)
