User agreement

Please read these terms carefully before viewing this site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

Using this site, including filling out various forms, applications, and ordering goods/services by you using this site means your agreement to the terms of this Agreement.

1. The terms used in the text of the Agreement have the following meaning:

· Administration – site administration

· User – a person who views information on the site and/or orders and/or receives goods using the site's tools. The Recipient and the Payer are users.

· Online store – online store eurovat.com.ua

· Services – interactive site services

· Agreement - this agreement and the rules for using the eurovat.com.ua website

2. All users can view the content of the Site, familiarize themselves with information and materials, as well as other data posted on it.

3. Use the services of the site, including placing an order on it, or from your personal account, leave comments.

3.1 By placing an order on the website, or by registering using accounts in social networks, or by ticking the appropriate box on the eurovat.com.ua website before filling in personal data, the user gives his consent to the administration for collection and processing (accumulation, storage, adaptation, restoration, use, distribution, depersonalization and destruction) of the data specified by him, namely: surname, first name, patronymic; e-mail; phone; address; Date and place of birth; identification number; citizenship; availability of benefits; information on registration as an individual entrepreneur; information about marriage; information on income and expenses; phone number; place of work and position; work experience; date and reasons for dismissal from previous jobs; information on receiving pensions; marital status; property status (availability of immovable and/or movable property); place of actual residence; place of residence for state registration; passport data (number, series, by whom and when issued); data on children, including adopted children; other data, in order to ensure the implementation of sales relations, relations in the field of consumer rights protection, in the field of advertising and marketing research, and also gives his consent to the transfer (dissemination) of his data to "NOVA POSHTA" LLC, other transport and forwarding companies and to public organizations, any Banks and/or financial institutions, and other third parties (without limitation) at the discretion of the administration.

This provision is valid without limitation of validity period.

3.2 The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the user.

4. In case of providing inaccurate information when registering on the site, or other violation of these rules, the user may be denied access to the services.

5. The user is personally responsible for saving his login and password and other registration data for entering the site.

It is prohibited for the user to transfer his login and password, other registration data to third parties. In case of loss of login, password or other registration data, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site for their recovery.

If it is impossible to restore registration data according to the instructions, the user should contact the administration.

6. The information posted on the website (in particular, about the product, its price, characteristics, availability or absence, any other parameters) may be outdated or erroneous. 7. The user undertakes to read this agreement carefully. In case of disagreement with its terms, the user undertakes to immediately stop using the site.

8. The administration may at any time, without notifying users, make changes to this agreement, as well as to services, materials, information, any other data posted on the site, in particular regarding the price of goods, their availability or absence, other characteristics.

9. In the event that the data on the site does not correspond to reality and the user, without taking measures to verify such data, incurs any losses in connection with this, in particular losses from loss of profit, or from interruption of business activity, the online store is not responsible for such damages.

10. Users have the right to view and download information and materials from the site only for personal (non-commercial) use, subject to full compliance with the legislation in the field of intellectual property protection, and other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. Commercial and/or public use of materials, information, and other data posted on the site is prohibited. Any use of materials, information, other site data on other sites without the consent of the right holder is prohibited.

11. In order to issue an order to the recipient (User), the latter must present an identity document (passport) upon receipt.

12. All possible disputes arising from this agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

13. Inaction on the part of the site administration in the event of a violation by any of the users of the provisions of the agreement does not deprive the site administration of the right to later take appropriate actions to protect its interests and protect copyrights that are protected in accordance with the law.

The user confirms that he is familiar with all clauses of this agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
