Order processing


1. Ordering is carried out by completing the Registration and placing the Order through the Shopping Cart or by ordering by phone, or Viber or Telegram networks


2. The buyer is obliged to:

• Log in by filling out the Buyer's Order Form.

• The following data must be entered into the form:

• Buyer's email (e-mail)

• Surname, first name

• Phone (mobile, landline)

• Address: region, city (village, village)

2.1. When ordering by phone, provide registration information: full name, email address, contact phone number.


3. The online store is obliged to:

• Confirm the Buyer's registration by sending a letter to the specified e-mail address, provided that the mandatory fields for registration are filled in correctly. Electronic notification is necessary so that both the Buyer and the online store are sure of the correctness of the entered data and to exclude errors during the execution of the Order

• When placing an order, contact the Buyer during working hours and confirm the order, the possibility of its fulfillment, notify the delivery time and provide the Invoice for payment.

• After receiving the payment to the current account, contact the Buyer during working hours and confirm receipt of payment and notify the specified delivery dates.

 In the event that payment is not received on the current account of the online store after the expiration of the Account, the Buyer's Order is considered canceled.

After processing the shipment of the Order at the transport company, inform the Buyer of the number of the consignment note.


 4. Responsibility of the online store:

• The online store is not responsible for the Buyer's mistakes and the consequences of incorrect information specified by the Buyer during registration.

• The online store is not responsible for shipments not received by the Buyer in transport companies (after the expiration of the storage period).

• The online store cannot change the price of the product after placing the Order by the Buyer

5. Buyer's responsibility:

• In case of incorrectness / inaccuracy of the information specified by the Buyer during registration, the Buyer shall bear all costs related to the incorrect indication of the address and other data.

• In case of refusal of the order, after its transfer by the online store to the transport company"), the cost of delivery to both sides is paid by the Buyer.


6. The online store has the right to inform the Buyer about its goods and services using the data specified during registration.

If the Buyer does not wish to receive such information, he can always contact the contact center of the online store with a request to disable it from sending messages.
