OFFER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document constitutes an official offer (offer) from the company FOP "Khorunzhy Serhiy Viktorovych", located at the address: 02152 Kyiv, 13/1 Serafimovicha Street, quarter 30, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", to enter into a sale and purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") under the terms outlined below.

1.2. This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Seller and the buyer, who accepts this offer and places an order on the Seller's website [https://eurovat.com.ua], hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept, the goods listed on the Seller’s website.

2.2. The goods offered by the Seller include portable toilets and home goods.

3. Purchase Terms

3.1. Goods are selected by the Buyer on the Seller's website, where their characteristics, prices, and other necessary information are provided.

3.2. Orders for goods are placed by the Buyer by filling out the electronic form on the Seller's website or by phone.

3.3. The Seller confirms receipt of the order and sends the Buyer a confirmation via email or phone.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1. Prices for goods are indicated on the Seller's website and may be changed unilaterally by the Seller. Price changes do not affect already placed orders.

4.2. Payment is made by the Buyer in the manner specified on the Seller's website, including cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods provided by the Seller.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer in the order. Delivery terms and costs depend on the region and may be agreed upon separately.

5.2. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by actions of third parties (e.g., courier services).

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The Buyer has the right to return and exchange goods in accordance with current legislation, provided the goods are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

6.2. All costs associated with the return and exchange of goods are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods are of inadequate quality.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Seller agrees to:

• Sell goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
• Ensure the quality and conformity of the goods as stated on the website.
• Timely inform the Buyer about the status of the order.

7.2. The Buyer agrees to:

• Make payment for the order within the specified time frame.
• Provide accurate delivery information.
• Accept the goods and verify their conformity.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The parties are liable for damages caused due to the violation of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with current legislation.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for any damages related to the improper use of goods by the Buyer.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This Agreement comes into effect from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer and remains in force until all obligations are fulfilled by the parties.

9.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement without prior agreement with the Buyer. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Seller’s website.

9.3. All disputes and disagreements arising under this Agreement are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are subject to resolution in the court at the Seller's location.
