Product Warranty

Product Warranty

1. What is a Product Warranty?

A product warranty is a commitment by the seller to provide free repair or replacement of a product if it turns out to be defective or does not meet the contractual terms within a specified period. This right is protected under Ukrainian law.

2. Legal Basis

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", consumers have the right to warranty repair or replacement of products in cases where the product does not meet the contract, has defects, or does not match the declared characteristics.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period for products is established by the seller or manufacturer. The minimum warranty term for certain products is defined by law and is not less than 1 year. We, as the seller, may provide a longer warranty period than required by law.

4. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have the right to:

  • Free repair or replacement of the product if it is defective or does not meet the contract.
  • Correction of defects that occurred not due to your fault.
  • Correction of product defects that arose due to violations of the usage or storage conditions specified by the manufacturer.

5. Seller's Obligations

We, as the seller, are obligated to:

  • Provide information about the warranty period and warranty conditions at the time of sale.
  • Ensure free warranty repair or replacement of the product if defects are found.
  • Provide a document confirming the warranty on the product (warranty card or proof of purchase).

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover defects arising from:

  • Improper use or care of the product.
  • Violation of the usage conditions specified by the manufacturer.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product from use.

7. Return or Exchange Procedure

If you discover defects in the product during the warranty period, you have the right to:

  • Return the product for repair or exchange.
  • Request a reduction in the purchase price or reimbursement of repair costs if repair or exchange is not possible.

8. Actions in Case of Refusal

If we refuse to fulfill warranty obligations, you have the right to:

  • File a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
  • Seek legal recourse to protect your rights.

9. Recommendations for Consumers

To ensure your rights, we recommend:

  • Inspecting the product upon receipt for defects and conformity with characteristics.
  • Keeping the proof of purchase for possible use in warranty repair or exchange.
